Impossible to contact Pepe or the delivery company
I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week. The delivery company Whats App is useless and said that a postcode is 5 digits and not 6 so that didn't work. When they sorted this the link went to a website that said the delivery wasn't recognised even though I have tracking information for it up to 9/1/26. Pepe Jeans are uncontactable apparently outside 9-6pm Monday - Friday and yet it is 5.30 on a Friday... Poor unreliable customer service from both Pepe and GPS. Have used Pepe for years but this is pathetic.
