According to the tracking information, your local courier attempted delivery on four separate occasions. As soon as an order is dispatched, we provide full tracking details so parcels can be followed at every stage. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery is unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Following each delivery attempt, the courier would have left instructions on how to rearrange delivery or where the parcel could be collected, and this information is also available via the tracking link. In addition, we contacted the courier on your behalf, passed on all updates we received, and kept you informed throughout.

We provide tracking to all customers specifically so arrangements can be made if they are unavailable or if a delivery is missed. Despite the failed attempts, your parcel has now been delivered within the expected timeframe for your chosen service, and we hope you enjoy your products.
