Product is perfect

Product is perfect, delivery experience is far from good.
E mail said delivery was due 16th January.
Tried to rearrange but not option.
Actual delivery to door was initially 19th January. Royal Mail
I was at work,
Went for rearrange.
Conformation delivery to local post office 21st. Perfect.
Attempted delivery on 20th. Card telling me to rearrange.followed QR code, said delivery 23rd.
Pepe e mail confirmed 23rd.
Attempted delivery 21st card left again.
E mail later to say ready for collection at local post office.
