Incompetent courier, non existent customer service
After my parcel was lost during the Christmas period and I was refunded, I decided to give it another go and ordered again from Pepe. Shockingly, the order was lost again and another refund had to be issued. Never had an issue with Pepe n the past, but the courier they are now using is appalling. To make matters worse, I told their customer service about my order experience and they don’t really seem to care, refund and move on. One loyal customer lost!
