I ordered the Jurassic Park logo bag as a present, the quality of the bag is great. Real leather, and perfect even down to the fine detail.

Must give a shout out to the outstanding customer service I received, after a problem with my parcel. Not down to the company but the delivery company used, responses straight away to my emails and very kind and courteous.

Products are easy to purchase online, delivery was ok. Negative to delivery was item arrived at different days which when your working can put the customer out. I wish I had opted to pick up in store which is so easy to do.
Items were quality as usual and sizing is accurate.

Easy to purchase on the online website, delivery was so quick. Item arrived within two day, packaged well and safely.
Items I ordered were beautiful, I received a free tree ornament which was really good quality. I was really surprised at the size and heaviness of the ornament.
The only negative I can say really is I purchased for my two daughters but only recieved packaging for one present. I know I could have purchased extra but the cost of the items I feel packaging should be free, as principle.
