A mixed review. I have posted a few jobs recently. Some trades have shown an interest. Some I have booked and they have been satisfactory and one has been unsatisfactory. Communication with some trades are not forthcoming, high and inconsistent quotes and lack of decorum when they come to your property to survey the work. It states they are vetted by Checkatrade, but you have to use your own due diligence.

Generally, a good experience. No concerns. There were delays for both outbound and inbound flights, but there were sufficient notifications. A cabin crew member was helpful with my luggage for my inbound flight. I would definitely fly with them again.

Engineers(two) came to carry out the repair, as planned.

It was a satisfactory experience. We initially tried to book direct with Ryanair, but for the times we wanted to travel, it worked out cheaper using Kiwi, the third party provider.
Details were passed to Ryanair and ID verification, online check-in and boarding passes were available from the Ryanair app.
The negatives were the number of emails you receive, which can be unclear. Also, they pay Ryanair with their credit card. This could be a problem if ever a refund were to be issued. The positive was the customer service experience.
