Buying a factory and afternoon tea experience.

A visit at Christmas to the factory shop was delightful and prompted me to purchase a pottery experience for my daughter and son in law as a birthday gift.
I was extremely disappointed that I could only get vouchers which I somehow have to E ticket them to her?
What is wrong with posting a nice card with the vouchers and experience on to go direct or post on? I would have been more than prepared to pay the extra for this and given the choice I’m sure others would also. This would in my opinion enhance the gifting experience which is important.

Superb Sofa

Warren and his team have been very helpful and have supplied a superb Huxley sofa. Outstanding manufacturing quality and the highest quality leather.
After a lot of research I found S W James provide the best quality and price combination available.
Would recommend you check out this company before purchasing elsewhere.

Very disappointed,

Very disappointed,
I am a regular customer and this is the second time I have been sent damaged goods.
The first time I emailed customer services explaining that most of the packets of the organic beef supper had split and leaked into the box. I recieved no reply!,
!!
I let it pass,and now once again 6 of the packs seals are split again.
Of course I have thrown them because I won’t give my beautiful Labrador open products.
I have taken photos and appear unable to email customer services.So thought I would phone only to have the person answering cut me off as soon as I started to explain !!
