Good price, good product and quick delivery.

We used Airport Parking Manchester as we had used them before and found the service and prices to be really good. This time, we arrived and were greeted well and told to park in designated marked bays then driven to our terminal for our flight. All went very well and our car was ready at the front waiting for us when we returned. A very good service.

We booked a taxi to take us from Seychelles international airport to our hotel on the island of Mahe and we were very impressed with the service of Trevor's taxis. We were kept informed by whatsapp all the way through and our driver was so friendly and helpful, the cars on bothe the outward and return journeys were really good as well.

All good so far, easy to book and good service.

I bought a display folder for some documents and was very pleased with the quality and look of it. It was very good value but the delivery charge was quite high. Overall, with the good quality of it, I would definitely recommend.

I bought a hand towel to match a bathroom set as the old one was getting worn. It arrived in good time and good condition. It is a darker yellow than my other ones but nice.

We needed visas for a trip to Zanzibar and thought that this site was the real one. I started the application and the got messages telling me to complete the application. I did carry on but there was no price stated anywhere until the end when I clicked submit, £168 but it was too late to cancel and the payment went through. We did get the visas after more than a week and in time for the trip but so annoyed that we were charged more than double the amount.

We booked a package holiday to Lanzarote with Jet2 holidays and were impressed by the helpful friendly staff throughout the journey, from arriving at the airport to the rep in the hotel. We booked a hot meal on the flight and it was a nice change to have this included, paid for in advance. They also take cash payments on the flight, a lot of people seemed to be paying in cash; again a good option compared to other airlines like Easyjet who only take cards.
There were reps all the way through the journey and everyone was so friendly and helpful, another difference from other airlines.
The hotel was half board, we've stayed there before 9 years ago and it was nice but people crowding and rushing to take buffet meal in the restaurants makes it very busy at times and I caught covid half way through but only tested positive back home.

We had booked an activity of a Steam train and Stay and could not use them within the expiry time, partly due to an operation my husband had. We asked to extend the validity and May and Lillie managed to extend the voucher for another 6 months.

We saw Kiwi.com advertising flights for the route that we wanted and decided to try them out. But one flight got rescheduled and we missed the connection to our final destination. Kiwi proposed alternatives but with hundreds of euros extra charge and hours longer. Will not honour the guarantee refusing to refund money and staff lie about what we can get back and change terms and conditions in their website to cover themselves. Wish we'd never heard of them, book direct.

We booked a car for our usual summer holiday to Corsica and found this company gave a good rate; in the past we booked through other companies and one year they charged three times as much. We got to the Budget desk and the man was very helpful and friendly, I had forgotten the hire voucher but he found our reservation easily. There was no hard sell of extra insurance like in the past, although he did ask if we were happy with it. A really good car as well, we thoroughly enjoyed driving it for the week. All in all, a great experience.

I was contacted beforehand to arrange a suitable delivery date and kept informed of the time. The driver was slightly late of the time that he gave me but was very friendly and helpful, bringing the item inside for me.

The rate was good although I had to pay a bit more than I thought for delivery but the currency came quickly and I was kept well informed throughout.

I recently received a letter from HSBC trying to tempt me to get the app and offering me a £10 voucher to do so. My local branch closed down last year so I have to travel more than half an hour to go to the nearest one and had another problem with something else. I've told them I don't want to do online banking but it just seems they want to try and force the customer into a system that suits HSBC.

I had taken out a new account after my late parents' account had to be closed and had a price of £27.50 agreed. Over the past few months I was suddenly bombarded with calls and messages pressurizing me into upgrading to fibre 65. I explained that I didn't have time right then but in the end we agreed a date for Openreach to come and install it. The man was very helpful and polite but it was quite a lot of disruption as a hole had to be drilled through the newly rendered outside wall and cable fixed in with clips, potentially letting water seep in, then the router had to be moved to another room where there are not many sockets. It has taken a double socket, so less space for the other electricals to be plugged in and again an unattractive box fitted to he wall not to mention all afternoon taken up. I was originally told it would be £24 per month but the first bill was £41 and now this month it is £35. I spent a long time sorting it out on the phone and it was because there was an Unlimited Uk Calls Boost which has now been cancelled so have to pay for each individual call. This wasn't made clear when I agreed and if I had know how much hassle would be involved I would have kept with my old contract, so much pressure to get the new fibre installed. Not happy about that. At least the bills will be correct going forward.

I was able to book the service quite easily and the price was quite good. I dropped off the parcel at the next town from me as there was no option in my town and then was able to track it through the online tracking option. It took about 3 days but was informed when it arrived safely.

Went to a recent roadshow with a few items , some were just a few bits of costume jewellery but Antony seemed very interested when he saw one of the other items I wanted a value on, it was in good condition but he gave a really low price and I wish I hadn't accepted it as I found out afterwards that it was worth many times what he gave. Wish I'd never gone and will go to proper antique dealers in future.

Quite good but we just wanted to review our tradesman not to sign up long-term for the site.

I orderred something from Damart and soon after had a message to say it would be delivered by Hermes. Then said the parcel was out for delivery last Saturday between 1800 -2000 but there was no sign of it as the deadline passed. The next day, had another message to say it would be delayed. Heard nothing as the days went by and it was finally delivered 6 days later after going back to the depot. No explanation or anything, what has happened for it to be delayed 6 days? No apology. Really disgraceful.

I was kept informed of the delivery times throughout and they delivered the item quite quickly.
