Taxi2Airport are scammers

Taxi2Airport are scammers. DO NOT USE. I booked them to collect my family from the Jana Palace Hotel in Fes Morocco to the airport and they never showed up. They were very happy for me to pay in advance and keep my money though! I had to use alternative transport or all 8 of us would miss our flight. Disgusting customer service when I tried to complain. I went around in circles with customer service and now apparently the drivers keep no records after 14 days so no refund. Thank you very much Taxi2Airport but you are criminals. I am warning the public not to use them.

good range of products

They have a good range of products on their website. I ordered three items that cost over £200 so delivery was free. There was an option to get items quicker but I didn't select it. In hindsight perhaps it was a good idea because I waited well over a week for delivery! One of my items was cancelled and out of stock after payment and order processing. All in all, service was ok but definitely not outstanding.

I am also sorry to hear that one of your items was cancelled due to a lack of stock. We always try our best to fulfil all orders, even dispatching items from some of our stores or another warehouse; however, sometimes we are not able to do this, and we have to cancel part or some of the order.

Review of Tutor Doctor

Very Grateful Indeed !

We live in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and have Alex as my 11 year old son's maths tutor. He is so patient and explains everything extremely well. Firstly, he gave my son some lessons in the holidays to boost his confidence for senior school. We continued during term time. He ties everything in with what my son is currently working on in class. My son's confidence has gone through the roof. We started with a child who did not perform well in tests, to a child who recently got the top mark in the year ! This is all thanks to Alex who has really given my son a sense that nothing is impossible and to aim high. I would totally recommend Tutor Doctor and Alex.

Review of Stoves

No drama

Excellent customer service. There was a slight backlog with engineer appointments which was perfectly normal due to covid. They at least made sure that we had one working oven when we spoke to them!
The engineer phoned in advance. He was punctual and politely wore a mask throughout. He diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the element. He also gave assistance on a different problem with the oven. He was so helpful. All in all a really good experience.
