Ordered two tyres when there was 3 in stock only to receive an email saying one has been cancelled with no explanation. I emailed suggesting that they could have got in touch with me if they could not fulfill the order as I would not have needed just one tyre. I then received a second automated email saying they have cancelled my other tyre and refunded me all with no contact from a person explaining or asking anything. Poor customer service!!!

I am very sorry that we were unable to completely fulfill your order due to a stock discrepancy, and I apologise for any disappointment caused.
Due to the amount of products we store, it is not possible for our stock system to be live alongside our website. There is therefore a short time delay between the stock available on the website and the physical stock that we have. On this occasion we were out of stock of one of the Tyres you ordered so our automated warehouse system split the order and only one was sent.
With regards to the part of order that had split off, for the out of stock Tyre, it was cancelled after you had contacted us via email. We then notified you via email that it was cancelled. I am very sorry that this order was not cancelled sooner, and that we were unable to supply the second Tyre.
Finally, I apologise again for any inconvenience caused.
