I am over the moon with my experiance with this company and the boiler fitter who came around. I have been worrying about the hassle of installing a boiler for years (been putting it off). But this was as simple as buying an item online. I looked at their website online and and got a recommended boiler, but requested a call back to understand more. They called back within 15 minutes and kindly explained everything and booked it in for 2/3 days after (very quick and no inspection or call put fee just a few pictures where needed). They also allowed the to change the date of installation and was very helpful.

When I came to the day of installation the boiler fitter (Joseph) was very friendly and nice. Kindly put down sheets so my carpet wouldn't get messy and answered any of the questions I had. It only took about 5 hours to install and he helped set up my new Hive system explaining some of the settings (if I wasn't sold by the idea of Hive I defeinatly was afterwards, maybe Hive should hire him!).
I am really chuffed with this company and the process of getting this boiler, I thought it was a good price would recommend to my friends.

Really good. Great for price, it is a proper samsung phone and not a rip off. Ordered on Wednesday came on tuesday. The case of the phone had some Mark's on it and the phone looked like there was some dust it. But the actual phone was fine and just wiped the dust with me hand. Came with the samsung screen protector on so was fine.
Got an adapter as well as phone. The phone is the Asian model, so I thought I would have to get an Asian sim and ring the EU to deactivate regional locks but after trying an EU sim I realise it has allready been unlocked.
In terms of delivery it was weird. The day after I ordered my phone I got a message saying your package would be delivered tomorrow which was the Friday. Then it never came so got a bit suspicious but it was all good when it came on the tuesday. DPD said it got the details but not the parcel at that point and must have been a mistake on their behalf.

But phone its great which is all I wanted and what I brought it for. Not worried about the box or anything.
