No accountability
I feel that I was aggressively sold a contract linked to the company I work for, I wanted time to read the terms and conditions, and had imagined that I would have 14 days to review the contract; but there is no 14 days cool off period when it is considered 'business to business'; the 'credit check' however, was done on my personal history / credit score details.
Immediately after agreeing to the contract, I had no service for a week, and no way of addressing this; Prestige do the selling, (of a contract that I have subsequently found to be ill-fitting due to the traveling that I do); but Plan.com determine the terms; which cover / allow for any failure on their part. Plan.com took no responsibility for how their contracts are sold; and Prestige took no responsibility for any failures of the service, following the sale.
I am now unable to leave an inadequate service contract for 3 years and would have to buy my way out of the contract - around £845.
There has been no formal complaints procedure and no accountability between Prestige and Plan.com service. They were all helpful on the phone, but I don't feel that they have addressed the issues presented. I spent more than 2 days and many hours of emails and phone calls, trying to resolve the problems, which resulted / and continues to cause a loss of business / personal communications, and a lot of stress.
All the automated email replies I receive say: 'We understand that you may be experiencing difficulties using our service...'
I have experienced many difficulties, including payments and data roaming charges.
