order was submitted 13 december 2025, thinking i would be clinking glasses by christmas or at worse new years day. order eventually delivered 3 January 2026 just in time for festivities to end. initially not contact from Giordano i had to instigate contact.
quite a poor service

I tried to take another named driver…

I tried to take another named driver off the renewal notice . Couldn’t manage it. Upon purchasing renewal tried again and was told £65 charge would have to be paid. Didn’t pay it.
