Unacceptable customer service
I ordered a dress for my granddaughters party. After 3 weeks of messaging and no response she finally replied the day before I needed it saying she can't complete my order in time and would I like a refund. I said yes as I needed to replace it for her birthday...A week later still no response or refund, leaving me without a dress for her party! Appalling customer service

Appalling service, was told on the day my parcel would be delivered no later than 14.40. At 1600 I spoke to customer service explaining I was due in work to be told the driver was coming to my house next (was 5 mins away on app) after another 2 hours I was told u need to wait till 9pm ..delivery came at 21.10 so lost a days work! Yodel lie!!!

Worked for The Cambridge. Awful manager with no compassion or respect. Work long hours for no appreciation , don’t get paid what they owe you when you do favours, now I’ve waited 4 months & still not paid, just lied too, with false promises. The few permanent staff left work hard & get treated unfairly, no support given.
Manager shouts at you if you dare complain & shares your complaints with the person you complained about.
Residents suffer due to high agency that are there for money not for the love of caring for the elderly.

Absolutely disgusting company! Took money for something they didn’t have in stock! Brought my son a present to only get a email saying it’s cancelled…yet no refund to replace it. Don’t buy anything from them! Won’t give me a managers contact etc

After spending £545 on a kenwood water dispenser larder fridge & it being 4 months out of the 12 month warranty, I was offered a single payment repair for £109.
The engineer arrived with his single screwdriver ,took the back plate off, had a quick look and stated it couldn’t be fixed as there was a system blockage.
I don’t expect to pay this kind of money for a fridge that will last less than 2 years!

If I could give no stars I would!!!!

Appalling service. After exchanging a love to shop voucher and told the transaction would take up to 24 hours I’m still left waiting for the email 50 hours later! After speaking to customer services who really don’t care & come out with lame excuses if you have a issue, I will not be using and will be advising my company not to use them ever again!!! This company is a total joke!

The curtains are flimsy & poor quality. You can see complete light even though they are lined & blinds shut. Definitely not worth the money.
