The service engineer Steve Dove arrived early and got straight to work on the boiler service. He contacted the day before to agree an arrival time and was very punctual. The service took about 30mins and appreciated the coffee.

Very careful and efficient installation. The team completed everything in 6 hours and left without any trace of the great work and effort they made. Pleased to have good strong windows and doors to get rid of the draughts and freshen up the house. One minor hiccup that was solved by the factory and delivered to finish the work but overall a quality job.
