Parcel arrived damaged due to been poorly packaged. Looked like it had been kicked to my door from the distillery, 70cl bottle damaged, cans dented, gift box smashed… had intended to gift this for Xmas, Will now need to find an alternative. Email with pictures sent but not yet had a response. Unfortunately Trustpilot is filled with 1 star reviews all saying the same - no response, and the rare few who have actually had a response are offered an insulting 10% discount off next purchase. Change my mind AU, respond to my email and make things right.
