I have been a customer of Talk Talk for…

I have been a customer of Talk Talk for about 5 years. I wanted to let you know that I had this terrible experience. I applied to move our house. Then, an employee told me that the old account needed to be canceled and a new one opened. I agreed. The new account was opened, and the setup was completed 10-15 days later, with no problems. Until separate invoices are sent to the old account and the new account. When I asked for help, they said that there was a 15-day notice period, that the old account would remain active for another 15 days, and that we would continue to receive invoices during this period. Please work like a professional.

I don't know where to start.

I don't know where to start.

The call center never answers. Constantly disconnected while trying to connect, waste of time.

When you contact the chat, if you have a cancellation, the chat will be automatically closed and your problem will not be resolved.

About a month ago I wanted to make a phone contract on my current number, the phone arrived very quickly but it came with a new sim card.

I tried to call them 2-3 times that day, each call lasted about half an hour and I couldn't connect.

I was still in the 15-day cool down period and the first day I could think of I contacted them via chat. I explained the same issue to 2-3 people in the same chat. Exactly one of them said "Yes, I understand, I'm helping you now" and the chat automatically ended. Then I connected again and started talking to someone with the same name from the first chat, I told him that the chat was closed halfway. He also asked me to explain the problem again. We ended the conversation because I didn't have time to waste any more time at that moment.

I tried calling again today and still couldn't connect with the phone. I connected to the chat. We spent about an hour and at the end of the day they offered me to cancel by paying £353 or I could use the new sim card as a spare sim card. Can you imagine if I could use it as a backup SIM card on any phone I want?

We're not sure why your calls are unable to connect with the support team, we were unable to replicate the issue there. Be aware installers!!!

Be aware installers!!!

Purchased macerator for a client in December. Traveled 40 miles to install. I finished installing the product and tested it before it was released. The product was leaking water. I realized it was coming from behind, but I didn't understand what it was because the space was tight. I disassembled it and when I looked at it, the product was broken.Toolstation told me to contact Grunfos as they could not take returns for health and safety reasons. Then I called the call center. (also disappointing as I paid my mobile provider £15 for this call) Grunfos spoke to Toolstation on my phone, and they accepted the return. The new product arrived, and I drove the 40 miles again. This time there was no problem. Our new tactic broke down after 3 months. Grunfos says
we can return the product. However, no one talks about labor costs and travel times. Bad experience for me.

I bought a slide for my daughter

I bought a slide for my daughter. The website says next day delivery, it hasn't arrived for 10 days. Hermes says I sent it back because I wasn't home 3 times, but the Hermes driver is lying. I've always waited at home at the said time for 3 times and no call was even made. don't be silly.
