I have been a customer of Talk Talk for about 5 years. I wanted to let you know that I had this terrible experience. I applied to move our house. Then, an employee told me that the old account needed to be canceled and a new one opened. I agreed. The new account was opened, and the setup was completed 10-15 days later, with no problems. Until separate invoices are sent to the old account and the new account. When I asked for help, they said that there was a 15-day notice period, that the old account would remain active for another 15 days, and that we would continue to receive invoices during this period. Please work like a professional.
