Red flags
Zero customer service. The look and brand initially *feels* quite premium, but I've emailed them several times about their inoperative VAT field and they never get back to me. We even spoke to someone on the phone, but she fobbed us off and never followed up.
Luckily the orders have arrived so far and I guess that's the most important thing. But, speaking as someone who spends much of my time working with my own customers, their refusal to offer support is a huge red flag.
