Account access was limited due to their verification process

Account access was limited due to their requirement of verifying my documents again. Its been dragging on for 3 months, with really hopeless results. I am having to write email almost every other day to find out whats going one or at least to provide with a timeline, but no such luck. So bloody unprofessional organization, such a shame!!

So frustrated I even asked them to close my account, but only to receive a response saying all features of my account has been restored, but its all a lie. Since than 1 month more has passed and guess what, account still not verified. Bloody useless!!

stay away from this insurance company

stay away from this insurance company. they do not honor what they say, and wrongly advertise their service with fine prints which are not properly disclosed. Even with support of the vet that a procedure is required on medicinal grounds, they do not honor it!! Cheating company if you ask me!!
