Driver was 32 minutes late

Driver was 32 minutes late. The journey was clearly booked as an airport drop off so such a delay is completely unacceptable. I received no communication at all from either the driver or the control room until I contacted them 10 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. I was repeatedly told the driver was 5-7 minutes away until his eventual arrival. Led to a very stressful journey through the airport and I only reached the departure gate for my flight with minutes to spare.
