Ignored My Refund Until I Posted a Review – Very Unprofessional Service
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with BudgetAir’s service.
I cancelled my flight and have official confirmation from the airline, yet BudgetAir continues to cancel my refund claim without providing any clear or valid reason. It feels like they are simply holding on to customers’ money with no accountability.
Their customer service is even worse. They do not respond to emails at all, and their live chat is a complete waste of time. I waited 6 hours in the chat queue, only for the session to be cancelled without any proper response. This is absolutely unacceptable.
What is most shocking is their pattern of behavior. They completely ignore customer emails and support requests, but the moment you post a public customer review, they suddenly respond. After I submitted my review, I received a reply within 9 hours.
So clearly, they do have the time and resources to read reviews and respond quickly — but they choose not to respond to customers through official support channels. This is very strange and highly unprofessional.
It seems like the only way to get their attention is to publicly complain, which should never be the case for any legitimate company.
Overall, this has been a terrible experience. No proper communication, no transparency, and no refund despite valid proof.
I strongly advise everyone: please do not use their service.
