Poor experience
Poor experience! Common errors were made and had documentation redone over 3 times. Also, I didn’t get the final document by post for almost two weeks and had to ring a couple of times to chase them up.

Slow and poor quality
Paid for a 1 day service with special delivery return on Friday at 14:14.Got an email with a proof at 07:29 on Tuesday and eventually the envelope arrived on Wednesday.
Translation arrived on a very flimsy b/w photocopy of the translation with a red stamp saying certified translation and a blue stamp and signature on the bottom.
I am used to seeing the original (or photocopy of the document) stapled to the translation and stamped or embossed together. This is ridiculously sloppy work.

Be aware
I got 4 documents translated from English to Italian when the documents were sent to the embassy there were many errors after consulting 001 translations about it they eventually agreed to correct the mistakes. When I received the revised documents there were still basic errors now they do not want to get involved so I have translations which are useless and paid quite a bit of money for them. They are certainly not a professional company and would advise to stay well clear of them.

Got a translation sent by post and the…
Got a translation sent by post and the document is very disappointing.
First they have used the cheapest paper in the universe to print, and two pages cost me more than 100 pounds. So I guess you could have invested one
penny on decent paper.
Second, and this is more severe, they did not send me the original, but just a printed pdf. Why the hell would I pay 20 pounds more to get that.
Without original it is useless translation which I can get for free using an AI.

Terrible Experience
Had used 001 translation before with no issues, so was happy to use them to translate my marriage certificate for visa purposes. Big mistake!! 6 months into waiting for a visa outcome (unable to work, losing income, couldn’t even rent a flat) I find out it’s been denied because the translator used wasn’t qualified… Because of time elapsed I needed to pay for a new copy of the marriage cert which needed translated again. 001 ‘kindly’ offered another translation at no extra cost but advised I’d have to pay for the apostille again, despite this being entirely their error. I’m now out of hundreds of £s because of their incompetence, and my whole life has been put on hold. Unprofessional, useless, zero customer service.

Delivered on Time
At a very stressful time, (my wife had been hospitalised in Spain), for the first time in my life I needed a translation service. My wife has acute heart failure and, now we have returned, is under the ongoing care of several medical teams in the UK. It was vitally important that the Discharge Paperwork’ from the Spanish hospital was translated and made available to each of the three teams.
I found 001-Translations by internet search. I had little time to research different options as speed was of the essence.
From the first point of contact via a very quick and efficient chat on the website to delivery of my translation on time just under two days later I could not have expected more and the documents were with the medical teams within the following hour.
I would recommend their services without hesitation, thank you.

Most Unreliable and Unprofessional…
Most Unreliable and Unprofessional service and I advise do not use their service as your money will be wasted.
I paid for next day delivery £15 while Royal mail service 1st class with tracking cost less than £7. I Confirmed my address and the documents on 16th May and I received an email on 18th asking me to confirm my address. They said they had an issue with the website but I sent them a screen shot of their website with the address confirmed. Also, there is the email where I Confirmed the documents as well. They fixed the issue by sending the documents but they put the delivery date 26th May. I told them by phone it is very important to send me the documents next day but the put the delivery a week later. In reality, they are Unreliable service and Unprofessional and I advise do not use their service.
