A speedy professional repair to our washing machine by 2589 Jonathan Wilkinson.
I would highly recommend Johnathan and 0800 Repairs to anyone who had a fault with an appliance

If I could give no stars I would. I have received terrible service. 1. Had to wait over a week for an engineer to spend 4 minutes at my home , He told me to defrost my frostless fridge to solve my problem. My fridge has a dangerous inside temperature of 11 degrees. I wasted a day off work.
2. After making another appointment and waiting over a week again, my pre arranged and pre confirmed appointment was cancelled by the engineer on the day in the morning because he”couldn’t work then due to his contracted hours”.After speaking to a person that in the office to query this unbelievably unacceptable situation he confirmed that was indeed the case and basically we have to wait for yet another appointment and lose more time off work.
I have no faith in their engineers competence nor in the company’s ability to service customers.
I did not choose to use this company , they were given to us by the retailer who sold us the faulty fridge.
I will continue to leave 1 star reviews daily until my fridge is repaired or condemned then refunded.

kris humble did a great job of replacing our 15 year old boiler for a new condensing combi boiler .he was on time ,got on with the job, was friendly and helpful and finished by leaving our home clean and tidy. we are very happy with 0800 repair.

Jamie who was our engineer arrived earlier than expected ( he did phone prior to arrival) & carried out the repair most efficiently & with good humour, when completed he tested the unit & made sure we were happy with everything then left. A very competent young man.

Mark 3915 came to fix my washing machine this morning despite my appointment being cancelled due to ill health. He was very apologetic about situation and diagnose the problem with my washing machine straight away. He also erase an appointment for me in 2 weeks time.

Pity there are no minus stars, have been trying to get a dryer repaired 1st visit fitted new sensor machine not fully tested still didn't work, 2nd visit never happened wrong part supplied 3rd visit new PCB fitted still not working properly, now trying to arrange 4 th visit, will keep you posted after 4th visit lol

Excellent service by Steve Bean who arrived when he said, was pleasant, efficient and professional. He did not have the parts to fix my machine on first visit but returned a few days later and completed the repair to my washer dryer, all working well now., thank you.

Matt Holmes arrived to fix my washer dryer. Did an amazing job to get it operational and identified a bug with the dryer to fix next week. But with a young family, Matt was able to implement a temporary fix to allow us to wash. Thanks again for taking the time to go through every option

After 5+months, our £1600 LG Fridge/Freezer is finally fixed. No thanks to LG who's Customer Service was appalling!
0800repair provided the service support for LG. There was months of phone calls by us chasing LG who were totally unable to understand the small plastic bracket that was required, even though I had provide clear photos! They sent an 0800repair engineer round in December 2020 to identify the part. The engineer, Luke, could not understand why LG were so useless. He easily identified the part and also took photos. It has taken countless phone calls from us to chase LG. LG Customer Service Resolutions failed at every hurdle. Failed promises to call back, multiple lies about various despatch dates of the required spare part (how could they despatch a part they still had not identified!). Luke then re-visited on another two occasions finally on 19-Apr-21 replacing a complete whole rear panel assembly just to fix a £1 plastic bracket! They in fact sent two identical complete assemblies! The only positive element of this whole fiasco is Luke the Engineer who was efficient and professional in every respect. Many thanks Luke!
