James called promptly and advised of eta. He arrived earlier which was fantastic. He was very efficient and friendly. A great representative for the company.

Cameron 3575 was polite and efficient. Fixed the problem on our washer that a previous engineer had failed to fix. 4541668/1.

Dishwasher stopped heating so organised a repair (job number 4547491) between 8am and 4pm. Engineer rang at 0850 to advise he would arrive between 12 and 2pm, and turned up just after 1230. After providing him with my observations he pressed a couple of buttons on the dishwasher, which confirmed what I told him. Within minutes the integrated machine was removed and then a replacement part fitted, and then as quickly reinserted. Then came the diagnostics! All unexpected and super efficient. Nigel left the work area clean and tidy and maintained an excellent professional demeanour at all times. Cannot recommend Nigel and his technical knowledge and abilities enough.

The engineer arrived slightly early, wore a face mask and gloves where possible, got on with the job at hand so fast and efficiently, and was so polite and helpful throughout. I can't rate this service highly enough, and now I'm happy to say I can cook a good home meal and bake some cakes as a result!

Had an extremely rapid response phone call this afternoon in regards to a new boiler enquiry. Spoke to Niall who was a lovely gentleman. Very thorough and reassuring in his explanation of the procedure.

Darren came to do a survey on my boiler. he was very pleasent, expained everything on how it would be done to replace the boiler, he answered all the question I asked excellent service and thank you.

Absolutely horrible service! I have been waiting for my Miele dishwasher repair for two months already since I paid the deposit! They arranged the appointment for 5th of February but today I got a message from an allocated engineer that they ordered the wrong part and have to reorder and rebook the appoitment!! Another two months without the dishwasher?!!
I called the head office but they couldn’t help as well just wished me a good weekend!

Really helpful team, gave me a repair even though my warranty has run out as a gesture of goodwill. Toni Reay was really helpful

The engineer arrived on time to fix my washing machine. The first thing she did was to run a series of tests to make sure there were no electrical faults, either with the supply in general or the machine, and then took the time to understand the problems I'd been having with the appliance. The new parts were then fitted, further diagnostic checks performed and the machine tested. The engineer was very polite and observed correct covid protocols at all times. A very professional individual and highly recommended.
