The pendant was incredible! Originally ordered without knowing the size of the bail, 100k gems reached out to me and gave me multiple options on what I could do, they altered the bail to fit my partners chain and it now fits perfectly! There service was 1010. I will definitely be coming back:)

Purchased a clover bracelet absolutely beautiful piece it was. Amazing quality and designed to perfection. Recently purchased a diamond ring and when it came it was abit tight so i couldn’t wear it, but cannot fault anyone as now i am getting a resize to a custom order which has saved me alot of hassle and it didn’t take much complication as they understood that i could no longer use it. Really appreciate 100kgems, had a tight time frame and they managed to pull through and have it delivered to me on time, service was perfect and I was updated every day and the pendant itself came out much better than I expected myself.
