Great had a good experience

Absolutely loved it

I'm gutted to rate this company one star! They've taken three £12.00 payments which were not authorised. I raised a complaint and they claimed to have issued refunds. One month later no refunds. I'm currently trying to resolve this matter as they continue to stall. Today I have three new pending £12.00 transactions! Total scammers. I now have to cancel my bank card. BEWARE!

Avoid. Just like many other reviews, you sign up for the free listing, they charge a £1 to be refunded straight away, on the guise that it is to confirm your details and then after 7 days they charge £12 signing you up to their 'Prime Business Listing'. Plus your bank details are saved to your account with no way of removing them yourself. They have to do it. I have emailed them 3 times now and still nothing has been done about it. Should be ashamed of themselves. Will be reporting to Ofcom. Had no problems with other directories such as Yell.

Signed up to a free business listing and payment was taken without any consent. Team would not delete account as requested. Do not trust.

Just to make sure, I applied for another free listing today with 'dicky' name and phone number, only to be taken down the same path of... £1 to verify it's yourself. The promise of this going back into your bank account. It's the unauthorised £12 out of my bank account that is unacceptable. No mention whatsoever of a sign up!!!
WATCH OUT

Free listing is now after 8 day a paid prime listing that was never agreed..can't access my so called account to do anything about it,have emailed to remove the listing which can apparently be removed at anytime..not got a response as of yet... complete scam to steal money..

offer you a free listing and take card information, then switch you to a prime account without your knowledge, start taking 12 a month and you will struggle to log in to the actual account too

I asked for a free business listing. They wanted a £1 deposit for proof. Now they’ve taken £12 as well from my bank account I did not authorise.
I explained by phone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! IT USES SCAM PRACTICES
I posted a 'free listing' and was asked to pay £1 for verification, described as 'verifying you are human'. They promised to refund the £1, which they did. They sent me a few emails asking me to upgrade my account, which I did not. All the emails from them confirmed 'You are currently on the FREE BUSINESS LISTING plan.' However, yesterday I noticed they took £12 from my account without authorisation! They also keep my bank card details on their website with no option to remove them. I contacted my bank to report them. BEWARE, THIS COMPANY HAS BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES WHICH ARE ILLEGAL.
