Paid money but after 1 week no notification of goods being shipped. Have called and called but nobody is picking up the phone. I am genuinely concerned that I have been the victim of a scam.

Product works fine, but paid for next day delivery, rang at 4pm to be told it would still be delivered, but could be after 5pm. Rang at 5-30, no answer, rang again 9-30&9-45 following day, no answer. Cartridges actually arrived at 10-15 on the day after they were due and paid extra for next day delivery

Found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Great products at even better prices. You will struggle to find better products and prices anywhere else.

I found this website selling the cartridge I needed for about 2/3 of the price I had been previously paying elsewhere. Having ordered one, the cartridge arrived very promptly - within a 2-3 days. It was another couple of weeks before the older cartridge totally ran out of ink. When I replaced it with the new 123 cartridge it did not work. I phoned the company and spoke to their customer relations person. He was very friendly and helpful and after getting technical advice suggested that the chip in the cartridge I had been sent was faulty. Without me requesting another new cartridge, he informed me that a new cartridge would be in the post to me the following day. After a week of waiting, I telephoned 123, got no response; left a message to be phoned back - all to no avail. After a few days I emailed them and still received no reply. I left another telephone message and still received no reply. Finally today a new cartridge did arrive at my address which appears to be working just fine. I will use this company again but my 3 star rating is due to the faulty cartridge in the first place, and then the lack of response to calls and emails in the second place. A shame, because the staff clearly seem friendly and helpful and willing to put things right. If they had their communications right I would have offered a 4 star rating.

Listing on site for toner cartridge looks like a listing for toner, I purchased it expecting toner to arrive, not an empty cartridge. No contact from customer service upon emailing them. Do not recommend for these reasons.

On ordering the laser cartridges, I was given more advice than I had originally intended to request.

Can't believe how good a service this is at a fraction of the price

I ordered and paid for a new cartridge. The cartridge I received was used and broken. Having reported problem and sent photos of said cartridge, I have not yet received a response, and cannot now contact this company by telephone. Is this typical of your service? If so please credit amount paid.
