I bought this as a spare so have not used it yet so cannot comment on the quality,
I found the site easy to use and the cartridge was good value for money.
It arrived as stated and in good condition. Correspondence with 1213 was excellent

When the item arrived works perfectly. Unfortunately communication with the company could be improved by answering the phone or responding to emails in a timely manner.

The cartridge was rejected by my Samsung, so it is useless to me

wrong product received, DO NOT buy from this company. No communication back from the company despite several calls made and emails sent. Extremely disappointed with the service, product was used and in a terrible condition yet the owner has failed to respond back to us in regards to a refund. Its not worth the headache or hassle at all, i would recommend to buy your printer drums and accessories elsewhere.

Upon ordering it states 2-5 days delivery its been 10 days and still my order has not arrived. at first the telephone was answered and the excuses i received were we sent you order to the wrong address it will be with you tomorrow by 10am then they do not answer phone or emails DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. THIS IS A SCAM

After receiving my ink cartridge it was Damaged asked for replacement said it will arrive tomorrow never did Absolutely appalling service spoke to a gentleman called Hassan told me my delivery will be with me in 10 minutes after he said he spoke to the dpd driver and it never arrived and he wouldn’t answer my calls after that then tried to call him next day still wouldn’t answer my call and still no replacement sent

Excellent pricing - and very prompt delivery.
My only reservation is with regard to the lack of empty (spent) cartridges labels and/or the requisite disposal provisions.
