purchased for the first time. the cartridge doesn't print out anything at all. i called this morning and was assured that someone would call me back within half an hour alas no one called.
Yes there was a message left and i emailed yourselves requested for all the cartridges to be returned but alas no one replied but to my email which didn't bounce back. i have the parcels wrapped up and awaiting your collection since last week. Your cartridges don't work and should not be used.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Ordered and paid for couple of toners on the 18th April - royal mail delivery service 2-5 days now on 9th MAY and nothing received and no response from any emails sent through to customer service - would warn anyone against using them if you need anything in a hurry! Have requested a full refund as they have still yet to deliver or even respond but surprise surprise ignored again.
Terrible customer service and now appearing to be rip off merchants! Am looking into taking this further!
