Finally got through, the person on the phone says dispatch/order information missed on their end, offered discount/+1 Cartridge, delivery due 06/11/2019, will update.

No answer on the phone, ever.

I have left MULTIPLE messages, I ordered on the 31st before 4 pm and paid for next working day delivery with the item showing as in stock. Still not seen my item, still not had an answer, and now reading all these reviews on here I'm genuinely worried that I've been scammed by this company, even if I do get my goods at the very least they lied about the next day delivery. This is diabolically bad customer service, a misrepresentation of the availability of the goods and the service paid for, it fills me with regret, all I really needed was some toner so I can get on with my work.

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received anything, I am calling the phone number, that appears on the website, over and over again and it has been impossible to talk to anybody. I am not sure if this is some sort on scam. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER, I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE EITHER THE TONERS OR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!

Good prices but if things go wrong then this company is less than helpful. Took 4 weeks to get my delivery sorted.
No reply to several messages. I needed to invoke PayPal protection to get any response and even then it took them two weeks to respond with the shortest possible reply.
Completely unhelpful.

So, might be worth a few pound saving on a cartridge, but if it goes wrong then you are completely left alone.

I would not trust them again.

Great website. Great price. But purchase not delivered more than 2 weeks later despite website stating it is available for next day delivery! No reply to my emails. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns answerphone message. Is this company still trading? Would not recommend.

Items did not arrive and had no response from the company

Very unhappy that I purchased the printer cartridge, paid extra for next day delivery. Two days later, the item still has not arrived. There is no telephone number on the website to be able to talk to a human being. Bizarrely, they have even sent me an email asking me for a review of their service. In a word; shocking!

Ordered for next day delivery 4 days ago...no sign of order as yet, no answer on telephone number or email. After reading the reviews on here, I suspect I have been duped!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

COMPATIBLE OKI 9004391 BLACK TONER CARTRIDGE. hey, it took some time from i ordered until it was in place but am very happy with the product

I placed an order for a toner cartridge. I ordered on the 30/8/19. I was told that it had been dispatched on the 4th September it was actually dispatched on the 10/9/19 and it arrived on the 11th September. The cartridge printed with a black stripe down the middle of the page and had various black spots on the rest of the page. The areas where it printed were in grey. The company has ignored my emails and telephone call. The website only gives an accommodation address for returns; it does not provide its trading name. The company charged VAT but did not give a registration number. My credit card shows that the company is probably trading from London N13 4EN and it is likely that the company name is Market Place Retail and trading from a home address.
I do not believe any of the positive reviews. Avoid this company.

Zero response to any emails or calls .
Processing order for a week even though advert stated next day delivery if before 4pm..waste of time ..communication is a big key to a successful business ..my advice spend a little more and go elsewhere ..

I still haven't received my order and get no reply when we phone. We left a number of messages on their answerphone but no response. After 2 weeks of chasing, we had to claim our money back from PayPal. Be very cautious if considering placing any orders with 123Cartridge.co.uk

Set of cartridges ordered, but delivered a week late, despite their website saying order complete. No response from emails and phone rings out. Spend a few more quid and buy from a reputable supplier!

I found 123cartridge excellent - very quick postage and reliable ink!

Only took 2 days to arrive which was good as needed them quite quickly

It has been three working days since I placed my order and it has not been dispatched despite Paying for next day delivery.

No one answering phone.

No one has answered my emails.

So far, this looks like a scam! Do not recommend.

My order is recorded at 15.55 on 5th August and I paid £5 for next day delivery (as long as booked before 16.00). It was not received by 09.30 on 7th August so I phoned and spoke to a really helpful man who apologised that there had been a hold up in delivery and said he would refund the extra £5 paid. He assured me that delivery would be made on 8th August.

As I sit here at 18.40 on 8th August I have still not received my delivery. Whilst your employee was helpful, and no doubt it is the fault of DPD delivery 'service'. I can only give you one star.

Order 2 different types of toner.

Arrived in 3 working days. One item sold as a 4 pack arrived as a single tone (1) only.

Tried several times to call without success. Call seems to be on a residential line and message says call cannot be answered. First time I have used them and beginning to worry that I have been missold and have no way to remedy.
