ORDER DOES NOT TURN UP AN PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK
Made an expensive order paid for next day delivery on Wednesday the 14th it is now the 19th and I still have no order. I contacted the company and managed to get threw once and they said they would trace my order and call me back. I had no phone call back and made endless attempts to call them and had no answer on the phone line that was supposed to be open 9.30 - 5 sent numerous emails and also got no response. Will NEVER be ordering again and will have to seek advice how to get my money back elsewhere as this company does not know what communication is.

Easy to use
Easy to use. It was my first time buying ink for my LaserJet. Last thing I want to do is navigate through a cluttered website to find the correct ink. Cartridge 123 made the process easy. Moreover, delivery was prompt and I received the ink on the following day.
