I am happy with the cartridges I ordered, the black one is working fine, the other colours do not need replaced yet.
However, I am not happy that you sent me an email showing my password to my account! Passwords are supposed to be private and not for all and sundry to see! I'm not sure why you did this as I know you have to access any computer account with whatever password you have made up!

Ordered ink that was advertised as Epson XL2711
Ordered ink that was advertised as 'Epson' to find that it was only compatible with Epson machines which is not what I wanted. I had already had trouble with supposedly compatible cartridges that didn't fit well and advised against this my a computer professional. I would not have purchased these items should they have clearly stated that they were only compatible with this type of printer rather than actual Epson items.

Often its difficult to give a review until you see how a company reacts when something goes a bit wrong. in this case it did. there was a problem with the cartridge when it arrived. Cartridge 123 responded to the problem quickly and sent a replacement immediately, then arranged a pickup for the faulty cartridge. I cannot find fault with their service well done and thank you.
