I was really impressed with 123. They responded to emails quickly, the flooring fitter arrived punctually and worked quickly, and they even sorted out a minor problem with minimum fuss. The finished floor looks great and was well worth the money.

123 Floor have a good selection of flooring, Laminate, wood and tiles. They were very helpful in helping us to choose the best flooring for our underfloor heating, they arranged a date a time for fitting. The fitters arrived on time and carried out a fantastic job in the fitting. I would definately use this company again.

Very easy to deal with, the installer did a fab job on our stair runner and everyone who I spoke to and who came to the house was professional and courteous.

I am super happy with the carpet I received! Although there was a mix up, and my original choice became unavailable quite late on and after the installation dates had been agreed, I am happy with my second choice. The guy who came to take my old carpet away and fit my new carpet could not have been more professional and friendly. I can’t recommend him highly enough. There was a mix up again with the scotch guarding - dates mixed up and then a late arrival, however, this feels incidental to the fact that the actual fitting of the carpet went smoothly and was very professional and efficient. Thank you!

I was so impressed with the service of this company that I give it 5 stars. The fitter, Ricky Shane worked in the hottest days of July with no complaint and did an excellent job. Communication was always followed up by the shop and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
