Very professional service. Both Charlie and Rob were approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and greatly helped us to sort out our flooring issues. Their staff were also really good at what they do and carried out the work in an efficient and tidy manner. We will use this service again.

Good service, pleasant and Accommodating and carpet fitted very quickly. Would have been a five if we had not found a pull in the hall carpet although it was very small I.e. 1 or 2 strands only and easily repaired.

We had a staircase runner fitted over two floors. The guys knew exactly what they were doing - from initial advise all the way through to installation. Really happy with the final result!

Good advice initially in store and comfortable to estimate from plan. Fitters friendly and efficient and our new kitchen floor looks fantastic

We got there on the end but disappointing service. First via email I was told they couldn’t come on the agreed date, which messed up my work plans and then when they did come Wayne, our fitter who was fantastic didn’t have the right tools. He kindly agreed to come back the following weekend to save me having me to take even more time off. No word from
Head office or apology from them. I wonder if they have got too big?

Nice people to buy from - they’re friendly, they arrive when they say they will for the quotation and the fitting and they do a quality job - can’t fault them. Prices seem fair - we’ve had two rooms done with Amtico as two separate jobs and I’m really pleased with the results - Thank you!
