The peruvian lily& roses arrived, some of them looked almost dead and some completely closed.
I have never seen such a discrepancy between an online photo and the reality...even not the Big Mac!

The company were quick to point out that as it was" free delivery" it can be 1/2 days after your requested date ( ideal for a birthday!!!) , After spending 5 days in transit arrived looking very sorry for themselves .
The state the flowers arrived in was classed as a "slight quality issue" so only received partial refund.Avoid

So disappointed. I wanted to send a bouquet to my mum as a Christmas gift, for it to be delivered on the day she arrived home from hospital following major surgery. Because of the delivery deadlines with the usual provider, I thought I'd try a new service.
I paid an extra £5 to 'grade up' to a medium bouquet (see attached screenshot - as illustrated on their website) but when it was delivered and unpacked, it was so sparse and underwhelming (as per photos attached). Absolutely not worth £39.99 and a distinct difference between what was advertised and what was delivered!
Having written to them to explain and request a refund their response was to offer a token refund and the following justification:
"After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered".

Terrible I sent flowers to friends in France for wedding anniversary, they eventually got them a week late with no water in, looked dreadful and certainly not £45 worth.
Eventually got refund after threatening to get my bank involved.
Just avoid this company !!
I wish I’d have read the reviews prior to ordering. Overpriced and appalling customer service. I paid extra to ensure next day delivery. No ONE CAME and when I asked for my money back they blamed the courier and took absolutely no responsibility. Absolutely horrendous company which I will never use again

Apparently they cant guarantee the delivery date unless you pay more money. Offered a weekend but then dont deliver on a weekend !! No Empathy

Arrived was sadly missing many flowers all that arrived was 4 roses a 1 lily stem for £33. 99 I expected more flowers I emailed as the friend I sent them to sent me a photo and said the flowers did not look good , I ordered a large bouquet. 123 flowers replied to say they had made a mistake and sent the wrong size and would refund me £5.00 which I declined as it was there error so after several emails they agreed to send another bouquet, the second bouquet arrived ( worse than the first ) but as my friend had received and opened the delivery the roses head had already dropped and the other flower were passed there best , again I emailed and sent photos but they said they could see no issues with the flowers , ( wish I could attach photos ) several emails back and forth they said they would refund me £10 . They even tried to tell me what to do to the roses, how patronising!!! It was to late to save those roses !! Very bad customer service . DO NOT USE , C very embarrassing for me not just once but twice caused me stress and anxiety . Several emails saying the same terrible company flowers on profile picture”

Ordered flowers for a friend who lost her Dad, just to let her know we’re thinking of her. Flowers were attempted delivery (once) and then instead of being left on doorstep or somewhere safe they were taken away and it was upon the recipient to reschedule delivery or pick up. This was supposed to be a pleasant surprise, not an extra job she needed to do at this terrible time. Customer Service are useless, just the same templated response each time that basically said “we tried to deliver so it’s not our problem”.. such poor service, no common sense (locking flowers away at Royal Mail for an entire weekend obviously isn’t going to end well)..

The most miserable bunch of flowers i have seen were delivered. Flowers already wilting and petals of roses already going over. Customer services said they would send another bunch but nothing has been delivered.

My partner sent me a bouquet of roses and lilies. The roses drooped and died within 12 hours , the lilies never opened . These are the worst flowers I have ever received and my partner paid a lot for them. He is embarrassed and out of pocket, I am disappointed. No response yet from Customer service .
