Poor customer support

I selected and paid for my product on the site. I shortly after received a call from a staff member informing the product was not currently in stock and would be about 1 month before it arrived as it was out of stock also in European site. I appreciated being informed abd agreed to wait. The month came around quickly and soon a package arrived at my door. Unfortunately it was clear from the moment it arrived it was not what I had ordered.
I then went through a frustrating conversation with customer support who would not accept at first that the wrong product was provided. It took outlining my customer rights to finally conclude they could not provide the product I paid for and the best could be done was a refund. A collection with dad was promptly scheduled and collected without issue. Refund still pending

Misleading stock information & poor…

Misleading stock information & poor customer practice

I placed (again) an order after the website clearly stated “In stock – Order now, we can ship this today!”, which reasonably implies local stock in Dublin.

After ordering, I was informed the day after that the item was actually coming from an EU warehouse (Netherlands) with a 7–10 working day delay, with no prior warning, no transparency, and no apology.

Shortly after, the product page wording was changed confirming that the information shown at the time of purchase was misleading.

This is not my first issue with this company; it is the second failed order caused by inaccurate stock information. Offering an alternative product is not a solution when customers deliberately choose a specific model.

This is a waste of time and a disappointing customer experience. I would not recommend this company based on misleading advertising and lack of accountability.

Ordered two HP ink cartridges last…

Ordered two HP ink cartridges last night, paid €6 for delivery and it stated delivery Wednesday (next day). Got a phone call next morning at 09.15, didn’t answer and they left a voicemail. When I spoke to the person they asked did I want to change my order to their own brand of ink (more cost to me) and what was my printer model. I said I made my choice online last night and thought it would be with me today. I asked was my ordered dispatched, which it wasn’t but he could “push it through”. I told him cancel the order and delete my account. I don’t think it is appropriate for an order I paid for next day delivery, and need, to be withheld until they can see if I can be upsold for more margin for them
