Bought twice from this company now and both times very impressed. My orders have been business cards and they are great quality. Two weeks waiting and no sign of order!
Have used 123print in the past and have been pleased with the experience. This time however was very unsatisfied and they didn't seem to care one bit!! Ordered business cards on 48 hour postage Tuesday evening, these was dispatched Friday and I received Monday - nothing fast track about that!! Also ordered business stationery Tuesday evening on ordinary processing time, hadn't received a week later so asked someone to look into it by email, never heard anything back. Rang on the Tuesday after (two weeks after order) and order hadn't even been processed because of a technical error!! I then asked how long they would be and was told they didn't know so ended up cancelling the order. Won't be using again now.
