Hi there 123 Print. I have been using you for a few years now and have always been happy with the results.
I recently got some more cards printed. Unfortunately the quality is very poor as the cards have started to lose all their colour.
I will probably use someone else next time!!

charged me for delivery when I actually collected the item. They claimed I gave them incomplete address which I use for all other deliveries and no one ever complained before. Rip off. Poor service. I had been a regular customer but will no longer use the service of 123print UK.

I have looked into your order and can confirm that when you placed your order online you failed to supply us with your company name. As you are in a large office block with a number of other companies our courier was unable to deliver your parcel. We offered to reprint your order for you and dispatched it back out and include your company name on the parcel so it would be delivered but you chose to collect your original from your local depot as you stated that your required them that day. We apologise if you feel that you have been ripped off and that this is poor service but as a company 123 Print did try to rectify the issue for you
