I was able to re-order after several years and update the cards

Very easy to use and the design templates were very helpfull and easy to use. Price was also good.
Will use again in the future.

Waited a month for the order which I had to chase up in the end. After some confusion at their end over the order, saying it had been dispatched which wasn't correct - they had said it got stuck in processing. The quality is decent and prices are good. I'd be willing to use again but would be worried about ensuring they met their production and delivery timelines

This was one of the first companies to pop up when we Googled business card printers. We used there self design web page to come up with three design styles of card that we needed. It was a doddle to use, and proofing of the cards before deciding to order made life so much easier, plus repeat orders are so simple to organise.
The price was right, the delivery times were right, and the quality of service and the products are second to none.
123 Print UK gets a huge thumbs up, and 10 out of 10 from us.
We will definitely use them again.

Really disappointed with the service I received today, made an order and soon after contacted them to state that a mistake had been made. I was told by Chrissy that I would have to have the item sent to me, return it and then they would refund me the total cost of the item including the postage I paid initially. I suggested that rather than dispatch the incorrect item, that they cancel the order and allow me to re-order the correct item, thus meaning there is no time delay and 123 don't have to pay for postage twice and lose out on the money after refunding me for posting the incorrect item the first time round. Chrissy repeatedly interrupted me to tell me to look at their terms and conditions online and that I would have to receive the incorrect item and return it and then re-order which seems ridiculous considering the financial loss for 123 and the loss of time involved for me. Poor customer service with no interest in a work around that would in fact benefit both them and the customer.

Instant response to a problem I had in downloading a design header which mean't I received the finished product on time within a very tight schedule.

Easy to use, good value for money, extremely prompt delivery

It was stress free, an easy to navigate website, ordering was quick, delivery was swift and the quality was spot on. I would use 123Print UK again for sure.

The quality of the stamp I've ordered was great and it worked very well. But the delivery was terrible, they advertise with fast delivery when the item I bought arrived in 2.5 weeks time. I waited so long for my parcel to finally arrive and even had to call customer service twice, to ask what's going on. And there was no way for me to track my order, on the webiste. It just kept showing me that it's still being processed. "123Print" should change that and actually keep their cutomers on track of their order, like any other company does when you buy something.
Also, the price of over 20 pounds for 1 stamp and this service are too much to ask for.
