Rhenden has a fabulous football offer to all players who want to develop their game. Excellent facilities with state of the art equipment but most importantly all the learning takes place within a perfect football environment for young people to play without fear - to train safely, have fun, receive highly detailed technical and rewarding training.

Both my lads have been coached by Rhenden over the years. He’s a great coach and a great guy.

His sessions are high tempo and high energy, his coaching style and energy really engage the kids and up their intensity levels at the same time.

The sessions are thoughtful, well planned and often position specific really targeting the required areas of improvement allowing for maximum player benefit.

He has a commitment to learning and not just for the kids, he is always looking at self improvement and to put himself out of his comfort zone and his recent acceptance by the FA onto the UEFA B licence course is testament to this.

His ball mastery and footwork coaching has been great for my U-13 academy goalkeeper son who has benefitted massively from the sessions.

More importantly the sessions are fun for the boys & girls, keeping them engaged and working hard whilst learning and improving.

His brand new 4g facility is the icing on the cake.

Rendan is a top coach and a top person, who is highly motivated in helping children improve their football. My son has a great time playing a sport he loves, catching up with friends and meeting professional footballers.

The Friday night session with Rhenden is great for establishing the foundational skills of ball mastery, bravery and confidence on the ball, as well as correct decision making. This is achieved in a positive and encouraging environment too, and even more importantly, the players have fun!
The sessions are designed to facilitate ability level (which is a very high standard), and are very age appropriate. My 6yr old has come on loads over the past month, with the 3v3, 2v2 and 1v1 SSGs being the ideal format for development at this age!

1 Athlete Football, What a great set up for taking your football skills to the next level. Rhenden and the coaching staff are amazing with the kids, and do it with a smile and positivity. Over the time being coached by 1 Athlete football , my son has become more confident and always ends each session tired, but with a smile and always wants more. My lad has been going to the Friday sessions since the winter, he's come on loads in confidence and technique. Sessions maximise time on the ball and Rhenden encourages bravery and taking players on which is great in today's pass pass pass world! Would thoroughly recommend!

Had a really good session and very specific to my needs. Very short and sharp and a hard session which helps in pre season. I will definitely be doing more sessions and can’t wait to go back!

My son recently attended Rhenden’s Football Camp and absolutely loved every moment of it! The high-intensity training sessions pushed him to work hard, stay focused, and improve his game — all while having a fantastic time.

One of the standout features of the camp was a talk from a professional footballers. Their motivational talk was inspiring and made a huge impression on my son. Hearing real-life stories of perseverance, dedication, and passion really lit a fire in him and boosted his confidence both on and off the pitch.

My eldest has loved both 121’s and group sessions with Rhenden over the last couple of years. The coaching he has received has had a positive impact on both my son’s self belief and technical skills. My youngest has also started the group sessions and has a great time.
