Massive thank you to Rhenden and the team, fantastic sessions and helped my son improve his game! When he was let go from PNE Rhenden helped him pick him self back up on the field again. Thank you again guys

My son recently began attending sessions at 1 Athlete and is thoroughly enjoying it. Coach Rhen is amazing, bringing an incredible level of enthusiasm and energy to each session, along with evident extensive experience. The boys receive clear guidance on each element of the training, paired with positive reinforcement. My son has shown significant improvement in a short time, not just in his footwork and agility, but also in his attitude. The facilities are top-notch, featuring a brand new floodlit 4G pitch and plenty of equipment for all the boys. I highly recommend 1 Athlete!

Both my son and daughter have previously been coached by Ren and his team of coaches so didn’t hesitate to get in contact when we heard of his new state of the art facilities down at leyland . A passionate man with all the drive needed to bring the kids on to reach the best they can be . Highly recommended, if you have any second thoughts about booking on. Don’t . Top team . Absolutely FANTASTIC and would highly recommend 💯 The passion and commitment just shines through. Rhendan coached my son from a very young age at Futsal, boosted his confidence immensely both on and off the pitch and in game situations in particular. Aside from Rhenden being one of the most highly skilled and professional sportsman out there it's the "can do" positive energy, attitude and determination that is contagious and you can't help than want to personally challenge yourself and do better in his presence!

Been working with 1Athlete for a few months now and I have come on so far. Working at the new facilities has been great and I can’t wait to develop further.

My son was an extremely shy child when his playing football days started. He had the passion and talent however being so shy he needed someone to bring out the confidence . Rhenden quickly identified this without us having to say and wow what a journey we had as a family whilst our son was being coached by him for years we watch our son grow and develop in all areas. That shy boy went on to play for our local town team and has recently signed a academy contract. Rhenden is still teaching our son having 1:1 sessions each week.
If you do anything today for your talented footballer get in touch with this company you'll not regret it. The knowledge and understanding is second to none.

Ren has been absolutely fantastic with my daughter. In just two weeks, I’ve seen a change in her confidence and positivity on the ball — she’s playing with a new energy. His sessions are high-paced, high-energy, and always game-focused, which she loves because it's real football, not just drills. What really makes the difference is that I can already see his coaching coming through in her games — she’s braver, more composed, and more willing to take players on. Ren has a great way of engaging with the kids, pushing them while keeping it fun, and he clearly knows his stuff. I couldn’t be happier with the progress she’s making, and I’m looking forward to seeing how far she’ll go with Ren’s help.

My lad has recently started sessions at 1 Athlete ..he absolutely loves it. the coach rhen is fantastic and brings alot of enthusiasm and intensity to the session. and from what I can see a wealth of experience.. the boys are given clear instructions of every element of the session with positive encouragement..my lad has come on alot in a short space of time from his foot work to his agility..even his attitude is better.. the facility are first class a brand new 4g pitch flood lit with plenty of equipment for all the boys .. i would highly recommend 1 Athlete 👌

My son really enjoys his sessions at 1Athlete Football. Rhenden is a fantastic coach who makes the sessions fun and engaging whilst helping the kids to improve their skills. Max has absolutely loved his time with 1Athlete Football. Coach Rhenden and the rest of the team have created a fantastic environment where players are constantly challenged to improve while enjoying every session. Max was able to play at a higher skill level, each session genuinely felt like a step forward for him.
The coaches are consistently positive, encouraging, and professional. Plus, the facilities are brilliant and continue to be improved. We’ve seen real progress in Max’s confidence and ability thanks to their guidance.

My son started with 1 Athlete Football a few weeks ago and wow! Can honestly say my son is having the most amazing time learning new skills that he is able to put into practice weekly in his football games.
The coaches are constantly praising the children and everything is explained perfectly.

We’ve known Rhenden a long time, so when the opportunity arose for my son to have one-to-one coaching with him, we jumped at it. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and brings just the right amount of intensity, balanced with fun.
