Excellent service.... Dan was great, really efficient, always responded quickly to emails.

After banging my head against a wall with 3 big Utility companies I was recommended 1gas. We had quite a specific installation need and the team at 1gas were fantastic. We were up against it on a build project and 1gas delivered when no one else could. Very patient with all my panicked calls, talked me through everything and got the job done. Really great to deal with and competitive rates too. Can’t thank them enough!

I am pleased to have 1gasconnections carry out our gas and meter installation. Even though we had the pandemic lockdown, 1gasconnections was always in communication updating us along the way. The installation was smooth, excellent staffing and great feedback on the installation process and progress.

A very good service.we asked your company to change and upgrade the gas meter which has now been done in a very short time as was waiting for Scottish power to do the same job but after 9 months of waiting for Scottish power I came to your company who managed to do it in a few weeks.

The customer service was good, I could always get Dan on the phone within a couple of minutes and emails were answered quickly. Once we had an issue with our existing pipework sorted out, (nothing to do with 1Gas ) the meter was fitted quickly and efficiently. We would use 1Gas again.
