This company will report your review if you don’t give them a good review, I got my gas connection for them nearly a year ago , one you sign with them and they get the money, they are completely unhelpful !! I hope people read this honest review and go with a different company!!

This company is not what it says it is!

The reviews on this profile belong to a company called 1Gas & Power Ltd who were trading as 1Gas Connections. The company went into liquidation at the end of March 2017 leaving many customers, suppliers and employees without the money they were owed and without the gas works that they had paid for!

The company now using this profile are called 1 Gas Connections and seem to be using this name with a gap between the 1 and the Gas in an attempt to try and benefit from the positive reviews the previous company had gathered over several years before its demise.

This new company was only incorporated on 15th May 2017 and yet all the reviews are from before this date and many have responses from the old Director of the previous company!

This is a sad attempt to try and defraud their new customers using reviews that they have not earned themselves and a website and domain name they have bought.

Further research into the director of this new company also makes for very worrying reading as he is involved in several unsuccessful businesses with significant debt!

Do not trust this company!!

This company has since reported my review for the reason 'They think the review is for the wrong company'... a little ironic under the circumstances!

All of the past 600 plus reviews belong to 1Gas & Power Ltd. This company had 1 Director a Mr Richard Paul Hearn and they went into liquidation at the end of March. The company now claiming these reviews are called 1 Gas Connections (with a space between the 1 and the Gas) and you have no link at all to those reviews.

TrustPilot need to deal with this issue asap or I will be forced to take further action.

Excellent service from 1Gas. Quick and easy to get the quote. I highly recommend using 1gas. Dan was brilliant at managing the whole thing and always kept me in the loop of what was happening. I will definitely use them again.

Looking back, this is another scam, and trust pilot need to check on reviews, or they may find themselves legally part of the third party scam!!!

Started with Companies House Reg No. 07158346, 1gas & Power was set up as a Private Limited Company located in 2nd & 3rd Floors Castle Buildings, Bury BL9 0LD. This firm has a history in registered name changes. Previously this firm had three different company names. Up to 2015 this firm was run as 1company and up to that point the official company name was 1gas Connections. This company is registered with SIC code 74909 meaning Other professional, scientific and technical activities not elsewhere classified. 1gas & Power Limited filed its latest accounts for the period up to 2016-09-30. The business most recent annual return was filed on 2016-02-16. This year marks seven years from the moment 1gas & Power Limited made an appearance in this line of business can be found at it seems they are unstoppable.
At the moment, this business is governed by a single director: Richard Paul Hearne, who was appointed in February 2010.

I paid £650 in feb and was told can take up to 6wks for connection so after not hearing anything after 5 wks I tried phoning , all numbers go to voice mail which are full. sent email, no reply, I now know they have gone into liquidation.

Everything went like clockwork, A1 company.
Would recommend to anyone.
