1Gas could not have been more helpful at explaining the process and implications of up-rating a domestic gas supply and meter replacement. They seamlessly arranged for National Grid to attend and take a gas pressure test - leading to replacement meter installation.

I have dealt with many Utility Services, and to get to 1GAS for the gas connection to a development I am currently working, I spoke to a few companies.
From the beginning their professional approach was apparent. They immediately answered all my questions and guided me on the preparation of the site works to be ready for them to connect.
Once we were ready they took over and connected us all in time and as promised.
I will gladly introduce them to other colleagues and friends who may require their services

This company is shocking, first I was charged £600 more than This other company, I thought I would get good customer service, but not at all , the work was carried out by The other company in question , which I was not told about at all , the person who I delt with told me the gas meter would be fitted last , but it was actually fitted first , digging was shocking as one of my garden walls was on the verge of collapsing, 1gas offer NOTHING , stay away from this company

We would highly recommend the service we received. Beverley kept us in formed all the way through the process and the dates we were given were absolutely correct. The people who even dug the hole and fitted pipework did a really neat job even to the neatness of putting the pebbles back. Myself and my wife can't believe how good a job it was and such a smooth process. Once again Beverley was absolutely fantastic as our contact, emails and phone calls were dealt with very professionally. The whole process was a credit to your business and you wouldn't know anyone had been to our house. Thank you

I am a in a new business and have no idea what i'm doing. Setting up a business. It was a shock to me to find I had no Gas ( Or meter). Claire went above and beyond to help me out and she has now saved my business, and i'm now on Track to open in two weeks time

Everything was excellent until a meter was not installed when it was due to be and threatened to disrupt the program and hence delay the sale .Beverly handled the situation brilliantly .First Class

Chris at 1Gas was extremely helpful and helped deal with the IGT in order to get the supply installed before Christmas. The whole process was dealt with in an extremely professional manner and made sure I was kept up to date as the project progressed
