Fantastic service!
1 Gas Connection gave us a fantastic service, right from the initial quotation through to completion. I had regular updates and will not hesitate to use them again. They are much easier to deal with than the large Utility companies and someone always answers the phone without going through a long winded answer machine service.

All went very well through the whole process. From completing the initial forms to the final road completion I was helped by Branislav and I can only say that was fantastic. As a woman on my own who has never had to go through this process before I could not fault it or him.

The admin side was good, i was always able to speak to the lady who set everything up and every effort was make to sort me out which was good. it Took ages to get the work started and Overall it was an average experiance.

Thank you for your honest feedback. It's disappointing to hear you felt it took a long time to do the work. I do understand gas-connection timescales can take some customers by surprise. Because of this, we do try to be very clear in all our paperwork about how long things are likely to take. It seems we were just outside our usual timescale.
I can see we received your enquiry on 1 August 2016 and Beverley sent the quote to you the very next day on 2 August. In our quote we estimated it would take around 4-8 weeks to complete the works. You paid on 10 August and we installed the gas pipe on 10 October with the meter going in on 11 October which is around 8.5 weeks. This is just outside the timescale we estimated, so please accept our apology for this.
Unfortunately due to factors outside our complete control, there can be occasional slight delays depending on when the council allow permission to dig in public land, and also taking into account how busy gas engineers are booked in advance.
I'm really pleased you were happy with Beverley's service and I hope you will be satisfied with your gas connection going forward.

The process was straightforward from initial phonecall through to completion of works. I was kept fully up to date of the process, what would be happening and on what date.
