A stress-free connection
I would just like to say how helpful Branislav was in arranging my gas connection for me. I had kept putting off getting it sorted out because I was worried that it would be complicated and awful but how wrong was I!! From start to finish I was put at ease by knowing that Branislav and 1Gas were well experienced in every aspect of the connection process. I had also needed the connection to be completed quite quickly and I was really impressed that I didn't have to wait months before it was all finished. We now have heat, just in time for the colder months. Thanks so much for all your help and advice!!

Outstanding customer service.
We presented Richard with very complex, difficult and long-winded issue. He managed to resolve it very promptly. Excellent communication. He broke down complex terms and situations clearly and managed resolve the issue even though various other organisations were involved.
He was always available on the other end of the phone.
