The sales person from the company was great
The sales person from the company was great and well equipped with the info. However, he could make this experience better if the rate after 15KWhr was mentioned during the conversation which I discovered later from the welcom pack. Anyway, overall it's cheaper than my current plan.

Hi There,
The company should set up the device (modem) before sending through. I had to call to setup the modem which took about 45 min which was frustrating, and I was surprised why the customer service is based outside Australia. Another issue was that I was expecting to receive the modem within 3-5 working days however I received the modem after 8 days.
And last but not least the quality of internet is not good it becomes on and off which is not good at all.
The discussion with Ash was most…great, refreshing and informative.
The discussion with Ash was most refreshing, and I do hope that 1st Energy P/L can provide a much more professional service than my current (to be terminated) provided.
I have forgotten the actual date, but I am looking forward to being a client of 1st Energy P/L.

The worst website ever
The worst website ever. Cannot find where to locate my bill to pay it. Went round and round and round. I reeceived an email to sign up, but it doesn't offer a default password to join, so i can then update the password. It just sends you back to the same place where i started.

Sending a link to my mobile number to accept terms and conditions is a great idea! I could make sure my details were entered correctly and could accept terms and conditions without having to sit through a call where the agent has to read them out to me.
