One of the scam fraud company in india. I have withdrawl some amount from 1xbet on 20 may but it is not credited in my bank account. After 2 days, i contact to customer and opened ticket for this payment query . After few days, they ask for me data clarification about bank letter confirmation and ARN by giving me fake UTR number. If i ask something about my payment proof like from which method my payment has been sent, by which name and any proof that money has been sent from your side to my account, they only said that, we cannot give you a sensitive information. I want to tell this fraud compny that, money has been sent from your side, so its your responsibility about how this money will be refund in my account but they just ignore it. One thing also guys, if we win small amount, they credited this amount to your bank account. if we win high amount, they simply making drama for sending our money. So please aware of these scam fraud company 1xbet. I just stop depositing and playing games on 1xbet and recommend other to not use this fraud company.

I initiated a withdrawal from my 1xBet account on 5th May 2025 and it's been over 16 days now. The status shows "approved" on their platform, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, sent my full bank statement, and even got a confirmation from my bank that the amount was not received. Despite this, I keep receiving the same copy-paste reply that it's “under process” or “sent to the corresponding specialist”.
