I deposited 2000 INR and it never credited to my account. On talking with customer care, they constantly ask for screenshot with time log. I multiple times said, time log is not logged by bank utr transactions. But they never pay attention to that. They never trace my money using utr even though i shared screenshot of transaction.
Now after I put this review, they are asking to contact support but as I said support didn't do anything apart from asking time of utr transaction which clearly mentioned that's it is not available.
