14 Day Cooling Off Period
Every Service Agreement purchased is subject to a 14-day cooling off period. This allows the Service Provider and the Customer to cancel the service agreement without penalty. Please note that any claim submitted within this 14-day period will be subject to a mandatory £95 Excess. If subsequently www.247homerescue.co.uk the Breakdown is deemed to be as a result of an intermittent or pre-existing fault the claim will be declined. In such circumstances a Pay on Use Service is available. The 14-day cooling off period commences from the date of inception of the claim or receipt of agreement whichever is sooner.
Provided you have paid your contract fees, we will guarantee that our engineers will conduct one annual service (if this has been purchased), safety and operational check (this will be a Gas Safe recommended service not a manufacturer’s service) in any 12-month period.

Another awful experience
Another worst experience following a previous issue, i was too naive thinking 247 Home rescue would be able to regain my trust after a previous bad complaint but this time they are done! I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
A plumber attended a previous job (took them 4 visits) and instead of fixing and securing the toilet using the proper WC fixing screws, he used adhesive under the toilet base and it gave up a few weeks later. i saw when he was putting the adhesive and i thought it was sealant all around, now the base started moving and came off and its been a real fight to get another plumber! Without forgetting that it cost another £95 for their call out!
Someone showed up today at 8am, without a call when they were meant to notify while on their way/before arriving, anyway this isn't the issue for now
The real issue is; the guy came in, looked at the job and first thing he said "i can't do that! This is for a plumber, he said he is a gas engineer and he does not do this job!!
Called their helpdesk again, spoke to another annoying customer service agent Faras, this dude should not be allowed to work in customer service! while on the phone to him he asked me to wait while he was checking something. while i was waiting for him on the phone, i was having another side conversation with someone next to me venting how frustrated i was with 247 wasting my time etc, Faras pop back on the phone and said he will disconnect the call if i continue to be rude to him!!! How can i be rude to him when i wasn't even talking to him!?
Anyway...life goes on and now waiting for someone to show up on Monday, while a manager from 247 would try to contact me and offer me £20 to take down my review, like they did last time but i did not agree

Great Communication
App kept me informed of when the engineer was expected to arrive, and the engineer called me half an hour before arriving.
The engineer was polite and courteous.
I would recommend 247 to anyone.
